Signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development, represented in its president H.E. Mr. Abdullah Saleh Kamel, and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), represented in its president H.E. Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, on establishing a regional office for ICCD in Istanbul.

On the sideline of the MOU, the two parties discussed the future prospects of their joint cooperation in varios areas of economy, then H.E. Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu accompanied ICCD delegation TOBB University of Economics and Technology and the TOBB ETÜ Technology Center.
